A 33% deposit is required to confirm your event date, with the remaining balance due on the event day. The minimum charge is $1,775.00*, which includes a $371 trip charge for onsite cooking/delivery orders. You will be responsible for the minimum charge or 75% of your invoice/proposal/estimated order, whichever is higher. This includes 4 hours on-site and 1.0 hours of serving time. Additional time may incur an overtime charge of $100 per half-hour. Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your event location.

Additional sides are available for an extra $1.50 per person. Fresh-cut fruit Salad, Mac n Cheese, Collard Greens, Mashed Potatoes, and gravy are available for an additional $2.50.
