Note: Our catering list displays four different options. For example, if you want Baby-Back Ribs and Hawaiian Chicken, it will cost $24.50 per person (two types of meat and two sides). If you want Tri-Tip, Spareribs, and Grill Chicken, it Will cost $31.50 per person (three Meats and three Sides). The chart shows the highest prices. A 33% deposit is required to confirm your event date, with the remaining balance due on the event day. The minimum charge is $1,775.00*, which includes a $371 trip charge for onsite cooking/delivery orders. You will be responsible for the minimum charge or 75% of your invoice/proposal/estimated order, whichever is higher. This includes 4 hours on-site and 1.0 hours of serving time. Additional time may incur an overtime charge of $100 per half-hour. Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your event
location.
